The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you offer custom candles?
At this time we do not offer any custom candle products. However it is possible in the future.
What is your return, exchange, and cancellation policy?
For returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 5 business days of the items being delivered to your location, and the items must be shipped back to our location within 14 business days. If you wish to cancel an order you have made, you must contact us within 24 hours of making the order. Any later and your cancellation will not be processed. Refunds will only be offered if the item arrives damaged. Any other reason will require a return or exchange.
How are your orders packed?
Our candles are secured packaged using multiple layers. First we choose thick, sturdy, glass jars to decrease the chance of cracking. Then we wrap our candles in tissue paper to secure the labels and lid. Then the assembly is wrapped in bubble wrap, and any extra space in the shipping box contains eco-friendly packing peanuts and reusable shipping material.
How do you ship?
Majority of our orders will be shipped via USPS with the selected rate. Large orders may be shipped with UPS. Please double check that the address you have provided us is correct. If you see that the address you have submitted is incorrect contact us ASAP and if your order has not shipped we can change it. If the order is sent to the wrong address and we have to ship it out a second time, the buyer will be responsible for the additional fees.
How do I care for my candle?
To ensure the longest life of your candle, we recommend the following:
- For the first burn of your candle's life, burn for at least 3 hours or until the top layer of wax has melted to the edges of the container.
- Always trim the wick to 1/4" length before each burn.
- Only burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
- Always burn while in sight. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Burn away from any flammable items.
- Keep loose debris out of and away from the melted wax. -

I bought both the 3 and 5 multi-packs. So Happy I did! I typically wouldn't select Cider as a scent but turned out to be one of my favorites, oh and Pink Grapefruit - WOW!
